Shipping Info

Flat Rate of $11.95 standard postage. 

Delivery times will vary depending on where you are located within Australia and some postage times can be delayed. We will endeavour to have all items available in stock and have order dispatched within 3-4 business days from time order is placed. A tracking email will be sent to your email address upon dispatch.

Returns Policy

We strive to provide you with a perfect product each and every time. If at any time you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us so we can work through any issues you may have.

Candles will only be refunded if deemed faulty by us. We will not replace for change of mind or misuse of a product. Candles must be returned to us, and once received and assessed, we will exchange or credit in full if deemed the product is faulty.

If products are damaged in transit, photographic evidence must be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving product. A replacement will be sent as soon as possible.

Terms & Conditions

Ordering- You must pay for products in full. You warrant that you are authorised to use your credit card or PayPal account. Some products may be unavailable from time to time. We reserve the right to alter or discontinue a product without notice.

Products displayed will be purchased using a secure online Visa or Mastercard transaction facility, PayPal or Afterpay.

Elke Candles remain the owner of the products until you have paid in full for all the products ordered. The products are at your risk as soon as they leave our premises for delivery to you.
