Orders will be sent via Couriers or Australia Post. Orders will not require signature on delivery.

You will receive an email with tracking details when your order has been shipped, please check your junk folder as sometimes this is where these emails end up!

We endeavour to have all items available in stock and have order dispatched within 3-4 business days from time order is placed. Delivery times will vary. For custom orders/wholesale orders please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be shipped.

Please note – Once item is shipped from our premises your parcel is out of our control and in the hands of our preferred delivery service. Please refer to tracking email for delivery updates.

We strive to provide you with a perfect product each and every time. If at any time you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us so we can work through any issues you may have.

Products will only be refunded if deemed faulty by us or if broken in transit. We require as much information from you plus photos of the issue. We will not replace for change of mind or misuse of a product. Products must be returned to us, once received and assessed, we will exchange or credit in full if deemed the product is faulty.

If products are damaged in transit, photographic evidence of the outside of your package including shipping label plus full photo evidence of your damaged item must be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving product. Unfortunately without this information we cannot lodge a claim through our shipping partners which may result in us not being able to replace/refund your item/s.

Step one – Once your Elke Candle has completed its full burn, there will be a slight amount of wax left over in the jar. To remove pour boiling water half filling your glass, wait for it to set.

Step two – Push the set wax and remove from the glass, Wipe out any excess with a paper towel and then wash your jar in warm soapy water and dry completely.

Step Three – Remove your new candle refill from its wrapping and carefully place into your jar.

Step Four – Light your new candle, sit back enjoy the ambience our wood wick soy candles bring with their crackling wood wick and beautiful fragrance.

Always burn your Elke Candle until the melt pool reaches the edge of the glass prior to extinguishing. Check out our candle care tips to learn more.

Please Note; Refills don’t have a long shelf life and should be placed into a vessel as soon as your order arrives, this will ensure the refill holds its shape and doesn’t melt.

Burn for at least 4 hours on
first use.

Before each usage, Break off the charcoal bits from the wick of the candle with a tissue.

Hold your lighter on the wood wick long enough so that the whole wick is alight.

Allow the wax to melt all the way to the glass edge before extinguishing each and every time you burn your candle.
